2025 Mowing Violations

As of July 1, 2025, the following parcels were identified and approved by the Flaxton City Council as nuisance properties due to violation of City Ordinance 12.0101 (1)(b)(4) Weeds or Grasses in Excess of eight (8) inches high. Mowing and/or trimming of grass & weeds will be conducted by the City of Flaxton at rate of $125.00 / hour with a minimum charge of $500.00 / parcel. Mowing and/or trimming will be directly billed to each parcel owner of record with the Burke County Recorder’s Office
