City Policies

Beginning August 1, 2025, governing boards of cities, park districts, counties, school districts, township
and water resource districts are required to have a public comment period on each of their regular
meeting agendas. Please note that it is up to the political subdivision to determine whether the comment
period will occur at the beginning or the end of the meeting.
